My name is Hind Mohamed Thabet, Bachelor of Art Education, 35 years old currently – 2018
I am a wife and mother of four children. I had a dream to live a successful life without problems and to be able to raise my children well and for them to be good offspring. However, my children were getting very tired and I had to go to the doctor every week with one of them and sometimes with all of them. I also started getting tired every now and then at intervals and started getting strange diseases that were not appropriate for my age.
Neuritis, joint stiffness, severe calcium deficiency with a sudden drop in blood pressure and terrible migraines almost daily.
The last one was severe thyroiditis and diabetes that was 30 and I fainted even if I was driving. This was a disaster and the senior doctors agreed that I would live with medication for the rest of my life because the gland has no cure and sometimes the gland is very, very active and sometimes it is very, very lazy. I take a lot of pills of its medication daily. Of course, I cannot stop it. I also developed tumors, but thank God. Hamida, the doctor told me to be careful about what I eat because I have a history of cancer and these tumors have a possibility of being malignant.
Months passed and I was in bed, not moving, I needed someone to support me, and I lived only on injections and two bags full of medications.
I felt that my life was full of doctors and medications, and I was always tired, not knowing what to do. I couldn’t carry a tray unless it fell, and I couldn’t take care of my children or their homes, and my husband was carrying me. This was really the hardest period I’ve ever gone through in my entire life. I got a little better, and my thyroid level stabilized a little, and I started moving.
I went to the gym and by chance I saw a video by Dr. Raymond Francis, and how he became disease-free in a year, just by avoiding sugar and harmful things.
I started following the same steps. I stopped eating things that could harm me. I took nutrition courses and learned more about them. I tried and failed until I succeeded. My love for cooking made it much easier for me to use alternatives, and I also took cooking courses.
